Weekend at the MAXXI

Today, Saturday, April 16, begins at 10 am in the MAXXI Sala Buontempo with a meeting on “Media Art as an Opportunity for Youth” focusing on new studies and professions. From 11 am to 7 pm, the two exhibitions at the MAXXI Spazio D and Corner D will be open, including guided visits for schools from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.

 

At 12.30, awards will be presented to the festival winners with Giovanna Melandri, President of the Fondazione MAXXI.

 

In the afternoon, from 4 to 6 pm, activities continue with “6 PM Your Local Time” and an “Aperitif with Art.” At 8 pm, Simone Pappalardo, winner of the BNL Group BNP Paribas Award, will present a sound performance. 

 

On Sunday, April 17, the MAXXI will welcome families from 11 am to 3 pm with guided visits for children and adults. The full programme is available at www.mediaartfestival.org
